🚚 Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Suplank™, we’re committed to ensuring your order is carefully processed, securely packaged, and delivered as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:


🕒 Processing Time

1:  Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production             before shipment.
2:  During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing may take         slightly longer.
3:  You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed       and prepared for shipment.


📦 Shipping Timelines

United States

:- Shipped via USPS or FedEx
:- Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days

International

:- Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on your location and nearest              fulfillment center

⚠️ Note: Shipping times may be affected by customs, weather, demand, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

:- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
:- Use your tracking number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.


❌ Cancellations & Address Updates

:- You can request changes within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at:                 support@suplank.com

:- Subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER" or "ADDRESS UPDATE"
:- ⏰ After 24 hours — or once your order has shipped — cancellations and address       changes are no longer possible.


📦 Delivery Attempts

:- Most carriers will attempt delivery two times.
:- If no one is available, the package may be returned to us.
:- Please ensure someone is present at your address during the delivery            window.

We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged:

2: Include your order number + a clear photo of the damage

3: We’ll send a free replacement right away
